Product Overview
Mineral Wool Panel Insulation is a double-skin metal panel with a continuous mineral-wool core. Steel facings enclose the core on both sides, so the insulation and finished surfaces arrive as one factory-made panel for envelopes and internal partitions.
Typical uses include warehouse and workshop walls, industrial roofs, temperature-separated rooms, equipment buildings, and prefabricated structures that need a metal-faced panel with mineral-fiber insulation.
Key Advantages
Continuous Mineral-Fiber Core
The mineral-wool layer runs continuously between the steel skins rather than being installed as separate loose fill. On long walls, roof sections, or rooms with a steady indoor-outdoor temperature difference, this continuous layer leaves fewer open cavities and uncontrolled air paths through the panel section, so the thermal barrier is easier to keep consistent.
Double-Skin Steel Construction
Steel facings cover the mineral wool on both sides. That matters during lifting, fixing, and routine contact in workshops, warehouses, and prefabricated buildings: the core stays enclosed, the finished face remains flat, and the insulation stays in place between supports.
Panel Length up to 12,000 mm
Made-to-order panel lengths can reach 12,000 mm. Using longer panels on tall walls or extended roof slopes means fewer transverse field joints, with fewer separate locations to align and seal during installation.

Quality Control
- Steel coils and mineral-wool material are checked before production for identification, sheet thickness, surface condition, and core consistency. Panel construction and dimensional control are carried out in accordance with GB/T 23932. Inspection records, hold points, and nonconformance handling are managed in accordance with ISO 9001.
- Operators check core placement, facing alignment, bond continuity, edge condition, and panel flatness during lamination and forming. These checks are recorded at defined production stages so dimensional drift or surface defects can be identified before packing.
- Finished panels are checked for thickness, width, length, flatness, and facing-to-core bond integrity. Thermal-performance verification can be included for specified batches. Every panel also receives a final visual and dimensional inspection before packaging, and third-party inspection is accepted when the order requires it.
FAQ
Q: What is the MOQ for Mineral Wool Panel Insulation?
A: The MOQ is 200 m².
Q: How is Mineral Wool Panel Insulation packed for export?
A: Panels are wrapped with PE film and protected with L-shaped cardboard or plastic corner guards.
Q: Can the panels be cut on site?
A: Yes. Use suitable metal-panel cutting tools, then close the exposed mineral-wool core and protect the cut steel edges before installation.
Q: How should exterior panel joints be sealed?
A: Apply the project-specified continuous sealant at side joints and perimeters, and confirm that each joint is fully engaged before final fixing.
