Stone Wool Panel is a metal-faced insulated panel built around a stone-wool mineral-fiber core. The two steel skins and the inorganic insulation layer are assembled as one factory-made building component.

Inorganic Stone-Wool Core

Quality Control
- Steel facings and stone-wool core materials are checked before production for identification, sheet thickness, surface condition, and core consistency. Panel manufacture and dimensional control are carried out in accordance with GB/T 23932. Production documentation and inspection control are organized in accordance with ISO 9001.
- Checks during forming and bonding cover core position, face alignment, bond continuity, edge geometry, and visible surface defects. Panels with incomplete bonding, damaged edges, or unacceptable distortion are separated before final inspection.
- Finished panels are tested for thickness, width, length, flatness, face-to-core adhesion, and core-density consistency. Fire-related material documentation can be verified for specified projects. A 100% final visual inspection is completed before packaging, and third-party inspection is accepted when required.
