Manufacturing Capabilities

Huihuang manufactures the building components used in metal enclosures, steel structures, and prefabricated systems. Production is organized around the finished part-its section, material build-up, connection detail, surface requirement, and role in the final assembly.

Panel Manufacturing

Panel production covers both formed single-skin sheets and factory-made insulated panels. The manufacturing route changes with the panel construction, edge connection, and approved length schedule.

Profiled Sheet Forming

Galvanized or color-coated coil is formed into roofing, wall, and floor-deck profiles, then cut to the required order length.

Insulated Panel Build-Up

Rock-wool or polyurethane cores are combined with steel facings to produce a complete wall or roof panel rather than separate face sheets and insulation layers.

Joint Geometry Formed During Production

The side joint and edge profile are made as part of the panel so adjoining pieces correspond with the connection system specified for the product.

Steel Processing

Steel processing turns structural drawings into individual members that can move directly into frame fabrication or project assembly.

Cold-Formed Support Members

C- and Z-purlins are formed to the section and length required for roof and wall support systems.

Primary Structural Parts

H-beams, channels, angles, beams, columns, and bracing pieces are cut and shaped for their assigned position in the steel structure.

Connection Features Completed Upstream

Holes, bends, end cuts, and other connection details are prepared before the parts move to welding or project assembly.

Welding & Frame Fabrication

When an order requires fabricated sections rather than loose members, processed steel parts are aligned and joined into frame-level assemblies.

Member Fit-Up

Columns, beams, supports, and reinforcement pieces are positioned around the specified frame geometry before permanent joining.

Welded Subassemblies

Steel-frame sections and modular structural assemblies can be supplied as joined units where the product configuration calls for prefabricated sections.

Surface & Component Processing

Primary fabrication is followed by the surface and interface work needed to turn a processed steel part into a usable project component.

Specified Surface Condition

Components are supplied in the surface condition stated in the approved order, including pre-coated, galvanized, or painted finishes where specified.

Completed Interfaces and Ancillary Parts

Connection plates, fixing brackets, closure pieces, canopies, and related metal parts are prepared for their assigned position in the project.

Assembly

For flat-pack containers and prefabricated structures, the manufacturing scope extends from individual parts to coordinated component systems.

Shared Assembly Geometry

Frames, wall and roof panels, door and window openings, and connection items are prepared from the same approved dimensions.

Knock-Down Component Sets

Flat-pack and quick-assembly units are organized as matched frame, panel, and accessory sets for site assembly.

Assembled Sections Where Specified

Projects that call for prefabricated sections can receive integrated frame-and-panel units rather than only loose components.

Packaging & Production Preparation

The final manufacturing step organizes completed products into identifiable order groups before finished-goods handover.

Separated Product Groups

Panels, steel members, frame sections, and accessories are packed as separate groups so long products, welded parts, and smaller components are not handled as one mixed package.

Packing Format by Product Form

Long panels are prepared as panel bundles, fabricated members as grouped steel parts, and smaller accessories as separate packages before warehouse transfer.
