Quality Control

Quality Control

Quality is checked at defined control points from material receipt to shipment release. Steel coils, insulation cores, fabricated parts and finished assemblies are verified against the approved order specification, while inspection records and nonconformance handling are managed through the ISO 9001 quality-management process used by Huihuang

Incoming Material Inspection

Materials are checked before they enter production, so specification errors are stopped at the receiving stage rather than carried into finished work.

Steel coil verification

Material identification, ordered gauge, width, coating or finish and surface condition are matched to the purchase specification. Thickness gauges are used for dimensional verification.

Core and auxiliary material check

Rock wool, polyurethane, glass wool and other specified core materials are verified for the ordered type and physical condition before release to the panel line.

Lot identification

Accepted materials remain linked to the relevant batch or order record, supporting traceability through production and final inspection.

Pre-production Verification

Before a job is released to the line, the production team works from one approved specification set instead of relying on separate sales notes or verbal requirements.

Drawing and BOM confirmation

Dimensions, steel type and gauge, panel thickness, core material, color, profile, connection details and included accessories are aligned with the confirmed order.

Applicable standard locked to the job

Required execution or product standards are defined during order review, including EN 14509 requirements for specified sandwich-panel work and EN 1090-2 execution requirements for specified structural-steel fabrication.

First-piece confirmation for changed designs

New profiles, revised drawings or changed connection details are checked before continuous production proceeds, preventing a drawing issue from becoming a full-run issue.

Finished Product Inspection

Finished products receive a 100% inspection before packing. The acceptance items are matched to the product type and the specification confirmed for the order.

Final dimensions and visible condition

Overall dimensions, surface condition, flatness, edges and visible fabrication quality are checked before the product is transferred to packing.

Product-specific functional checks

Sandwich panels are checked for joint fit, core-to-facing condition and panel geometry; modular and fabricated products are checked for squareness, connection interfaces, openings and included fittings.

Test evidence matched to ordered requirements

Where fire, thermal, mechanical or other declared performance is part of the order, the applicable test or inspection documentation is matched to the released product rather than replaced by a visual check.

Final Release

Shipment status changes only after the required inspection steps are closed. A finished item that has not passed the release route does not enter the shippable lot.

Nonconforming items are held from shipment

Items requiring correction are separated from released goods, reworked where applicable and re-inspected before their status can be changed to accepted.

Release file matched to the shipment

The final shipment can be supported by the relevant inspection record, packing list, product photos and ordered material or test documentation.

Third-party inspection before dispatch

Independent inspection is accepted. When it is included in the order, final shipment release can be held until the agreed inspection is completed.
