Our Factory
Our Suzhou facility brings raw-material storage, profiled steel processing, sandwich-panel production, steel-component fabrication, finished-product inspection, packing, and shipment preparation into one manufacturing workflow.

Factory Overview
The factory is organized into defined operating areas so raw materials, work-in-process, inspected goods, and outbound cargo move through separate production stages.
Separated Operating Areas
Raw material storage, automated production, semi-finished processing, finished-product inspection, warehousing, and testing are assigned distinct functions within the site.
Controlled Production Flow
Materials move from storage into their corresponding production route, followed by inspection and warehouse handling before shipment preparation.
Large-Format Handling Space
Large-span workshop areas and lifting equipment support the movement of long panels, steel members, and other large-format fabricated components.
Production Workshop
The workshop supports the main product groups supplied by Huihuang: profiled color steel products, insulated sandwich panels, and fabricated steel components.
Profiled Steel Sheet Production
Coil-fed forming lines produce roofing sheets, wall sheets, floor decking, and related profiles through controlled forming and cut-to-length operations.
Sandwich Panel Processing
Steel facings are combined with insulation cores on laminating lines, followed by length control and cutting for rock-wool and polyurethane panel production.
Steel Component Fabrication
Cold-formed purlins and fabricated structural parts are processed for steel-frame buildings, supporting frames, and project-specific metal assemblies.

Raw Material Storage
A dedicated raw-material area keeps the principal metal-facing and insulation-core materials close to their corresponding production routes.
Steel Coil Stock
Galvanized and color-coated steel coils form the main metal stock for profiled sheets, sandwich-panel facings, and related fabrication work.
Insulation Core Materials
Rock wool, polyurethane, and glass wool are maintained as core or auxiliary materials for insulated-panel manufacturing.
Production-Linked Material Release
Stored materials are transferred into the relevant forming, laminating, or fabrication route according to the production schedule and product configuration.
Finished Product & Warehouse
Completed products pass through a separate inspection and packing stage before warehouse holding and final shipment preparation.
Final Inspection Before Storage
The factory layout separates finished-product inspection from warehousing, keeping the inspection stage ahead of storage and dispatch.
Protective Packing
Automatic packaging equipment supports the packing stage. Selected export product lines use PE film wrapping and edge protection to reduce surface and corner damage in transit.
Warehouse Holding Before Dispatch
Inspected and packed goods remain in the finished-product warehouse until they are released for the confirmed outbound shipment.

Loading & Shipment
Overseas orders are prepared around the confirmed shipment method, with packing, cargo handling, and loading arranged according to product dimensions and weight.
Container Loading Plan
Long panels, steel components, and packed goods are arranged for loading according to cargo size, weight distribution, and the selected shipment format.
Handling for Long & Heavy Cargo
Overhead lifting equipment and forklifts support the transfer of large-format products from warehouse positions to the loading area.
Pre-Shipment Verification
Before dispatch, the shipment is checked against the confirmed order and packing arrangement so the correct goods are released for loading.
