2 Level Modular Homes

We manufacture 2 Level Modular Homes. Our factory has been in operation for 11 years and covers an area of 3,000 square meters with 26 workers. We comply with local environmental regulations and have cooperated with major enterprises such as China State Construction.

The Two-Level Modular Home significantly increases usable floor space through a vertical design. The total height of the structure is approximately 5.6 meters, with an interior height of 2.5–2.6 meters per level.

The ground floor can be used as a living room and kitchen, while the upper floor is designed for bedrooms. This layout effectively saves land and maximizes space utilization.

Our products have been widely used in temporary residential communities and project office buildings, and customers highly value the efficient space design.

The standard single-module external dimensions of our Two-Level Modular Home are 2.95m (L) × 5.95m (W) × 2.8m (H). Custom sizes are available, with lengths ranging from 3 to 12 meters and widths from 3 to 8 meters.

The main structural frame is made of Q235B or Q355B hot-dip galvanized steel. Steel thickness options include 2.0mm, 2.3mm, and 2.5mm, with 2.3mm being the most commonly used specification.

The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing followed by baking paint. Corner components are made of cast steel with baking paint finish for enhanced durability.

Wall systems use 50mm steel sandwich panels. Steel sheet thickness ranges from 0.20mm to 0.5mm, with the outer sheet typically thicker than the inner sheet.

The core material is rock wool or glass wool with Class A fire resistance and a density of 50–80 kg/m³.

Between floors, steel decking combined with a sound insulation layer is used to ensure effective noise reduction and improved living comfort.

We do not operate a separate R&D department; however, our core technical team has over 10 years of industry experience.

We support OEM and ODM services and can manufacture products according to customer drawings. The minimum order quantity is 200㎡ or one modular unit. Mixed models and colors are available within a single order.

Quality is strictly controlled at every stage, including raw material inspection, design review, in-process production control, and final performance testing. All products undergo 100% inspection before packaging, and third-party inspections are accepted.

Standard production time is 3 to 7 days, while custom orders take 7 to 15 days. Our monthly production capacity is 6,000 modular units.

We provide regular photo and video updates during production to ensure transparency and guarantee on-time delivery.
