Product Overview
Multifamily Prefab Homes combine repeated steel modules into multi-household accommodation. They are used for worker dormitories, student apartments, senior-living communities, staff compounds, and other developments that need several residential units planned as one project.
Core Advantages
Independent-Entrance Modular Units
Multiple modules can be combined while keeping a separate entrance for each household. This arrangement is useful in worker housing, student accommodation, and senior-living projects where occupants share the same development but need controlled access to their own rooms. Private circulation remains separate from neighboring units, and repeated unit plans are easier to organize.
Q235B/Q355B Repeated Steel Grid
The modules use Q235B or Q355B hot-dip galvanized steel with profile thicknesses of 2.0 mm, 2.3 mm, or 2.5 mm. Repeating the same steel grid keeps connection points, wall lines, and opening references consistent from one unit to the next. That makes alignment more predictable when several modules are assembled into a single block.
50 mm Insulated Wall Assembly
Walls use 50 mm steel sandwich panels with rock wool or glass wool at 50–80 kg/m³. In multi-unit accommodation with bedrooms or living spaces occupied for long periods, the mineral-wool core limits heat transfer through the external envelope and absorbs sound around occupied rooms. A Class A fire-resistant insulation option is also available.

Customization Capability
Unit Count & Block Arrangement
The approved site plan and accommodation schedule can define the number of repeated modules, block length, unit grouping, entrance orientation, and connection sequence. The final module count follows those project documents.
Apartment & Shared-Space Layout
Each unit type can be planned for private rooms, internal partitions, corridors or access zones, shared kitchens or service rooms, and the required door and window positions.
Exterior & Service Coordination
The approved project drawings can set façade color, the opening schedule, plumbing and electrical interface positions, external service routes, and reserved equipment penetrations.
Quality Control
- Structural frame fabrication, connection preparation, and execution inspection are carried out according to EN 1090-2. Incoming steel members and panel materials are checked against the approved unit schedule so repeated modules use the specified grades, gauges, and envelope materials.
- Inspection records, non-conformance handling, corrective action, and final release are managed according to an ISO 9001 quality-management system. In-process checks cover module dimensions, diagonal accuracy, opening positions, connection interfaces, panel fit, and coating condition. These checks keep the assembly references consistent between adjacent modules.
- Before packing, each completed module and representative interfaces are checked for dimensions, door and window operation, joints, and utility interfaces where included. Connections between neighboring modules are checked against the coordinated block drawing before release.
