One Level Modular Homes

We manufacture One-Level Modular Homes. Our factory covers 3,000 square meters and employs 26 workers. We have been operating for 11 years.

The One-Level Modular Home features a simple structural design, allowing for fast and efficient installation. It is widely used for site dormitories , temporary accommodation, and rural housing.

We have supplied these units to numerous construction sites, and workers report good living comfort. The simple structure also allows for faster order response and production efficiency.

We maintain large inventories of galvanized coils, color-coated coils, rock wool, and glass wool, ensuring continuous production without material shortages or delivery delays.

The standard external dimensions of our One-Level Modular Home are 2.95m (L) × 5.95m (W) × 2.8m (H), with an interior height of approximately 2.5–2.6m.

Custom sizes are available, with lengths ranging from 3 to 12m, widths from 3 to 8m, and heights from 2.8 to 3.2m. Standard configurations such as 3×4m, 3×5m, 3×7m, and 6×6m are also available.

The main structural frame is made of Q235B or Q355B hot-dip galvanized steel. Steel thickness options include 2.0mm, 2.3mm, and 2.5mm, with 2.3mm being the most commonly used specification.

The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing followed by baking paint. Corner components are made of cast steel with baking paint finish for enhanced strength and durability.

Wall systems use 50mm steel sandwich panels. Steel sheet thickness ranges from 0.20mm to 0.5mm, with the outer sheet typically thicker than the inner sheet.

The core material is rock wool or glass wool with Class A fire resistance, and a density of 50–80 kg/m³.

We support OEM and ODM services. Mixed colors and models are available within a single order.

We provide free samples for certain items; however, shipping costs are borne by the customer. Custom sample development takes 3 to 15 days.

To ensure on-time delivery, we use structured production scheduling and advance logistics planning to secure transportation resources.

During production, we provide regular photo and video updates for full transparency.

Standard products are completed within 3 to 7 days, while custom orders take 7 to 15 days. Repeat orders are typically 20% faster than initial orders.

Our monthly production capacity is 6,000 modular units.

The One-Level Modular Home comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing quality.

We accept payments in USD, EUR, GBP, and other major currencies, as well as RMB.

Export packaging uses full PE film wrapping and edge protectors. Third-party inspections are accepted, and we conduct 100% inspection before packaging.
