Our Prefab Homes with Basements are designed with an integrated underground space that can be used for storage, equipment placement, or emergency shelter. The basement height is approximately 2.2 meters, providing valuable additional usable space. Many customers use it for tools, equipment storage, or emergency supplies, and report strong practical value.
Strong Steel and Safe Structure
The standard external dimensions of our Prefab Homes with Basements are 2.95m (L) × 5.95m (W) × 2.8m (H), with an interior height of approximately 2.5–2.6 meters.
Custom sizes are available, with length ranging from 3 to 12 meters, width from 3 to 8 meters, and height from 2.8 to 3.2 meters.
The main structural frame is made of Q235B or Q355B hot-dip galvanized steel. Steel profile thickness options include 2.0mm, 2.3mm, and 2.5mm, with 2.3mm being the most commonly used specification.
The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing followed by baking paint for corrosion resistance.
The wall system uses 50mm steel sandwich panels with steel sheet thickness ranging from 0.20mm to 0.5mm. The core material is rock wool or glass wool, providing Class A fire resistance.
The basement structure uses a reinforced steel frame with moisture-proof treatment.
Full Service and Warranty
We provide a complete after-sales service system. On-site service is available in certain regions; however, travel and meal expenses are not included.
Our service structure includes:

- In-sales: production tracking and logistics coordination
- After-sales: remote support and on-site assistance when required
If goods arrive damaged, customers are advised to first take photos as evidence. We will then assess responsibility and provide appropriate solutions, including claims handling, repair, or replacement.
Our Prefab Homes with Basements come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing and structural quality. The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural factors or external impacts.
Standard production time is 3 to 7 days, while custom orders take 7 to 15 days.
We have a monthly production capacity of 6,000 units. During production, we provide regular photo and video updates to ensure transparency and guarantee on-time delivery.
