We manufacture Upscale Modular Homes. Our company was established on January 4, 2023, with a registered capital of 5.8 million RMB. We have over 10 years of industry experience.

The Upscale Modular Home features a high-end design with a modern interior and exterior appearance. The windows and doors use broken-bridge aluminum frames with double-glazed glass. The flooring options include PVC anti-static flooring or tiles.

This home provides a comfortable and quiet living environment. Its sound insulation performance is superior to standard models. It is suitable for high-end resorts, private villas, and luxury camps. We have supplied these homes to many high-end tourism projects, and clients have expressed strong satisfaction with the quality.

The external dimensions of the Upscale Modular Home are 2.95 m (L) × 5.95 m (W) × 2.8 m (H). The interior height ranges from approximately 2.5 to 2.6 meters. Custom sizes are available: length from 3 to 12 meters, width from 3 to 8 meters, and height from 2.8 to 3.2 meters.

The main frame is made of Q355B hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 2.5 mm, which provides higher strength than standard configurations. The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing and baking paint.

The wall system uses 75 mm thick steel sandwich panels. The steel sheets (both inner and outer) are 0.5 mm thick. The core material is high-density rock wool with a density of 80 kg/m³.

The Upscale Modular Home offers excellent thermal insulation and soundproofing performance.

Can we manufacture based on your drawings? Yes, we can.

Do we provide free samples? For certain items, yes, but shipping costs are not included. Custom samples require 3 to 15 days.

Do we have a dedicated after-sales team? Yes. In some regions, we can provide on-site service, but travel and meal expenses are not included.

What currencies do we accept? We accept US dollars, euros, British pounds, RMB, and other major currencies.

Export packaging uses full PE film wrapping with edge protectors. Standard production takes 3 to 7 days, while custom orders take 7 to 15 days. Repeat orders are approximately 20% faster than initial orders.

We produce up to 6,000 modular units per month and ensure on-time delivery. The Upscale Modular Home comes with a 1-year warranty, excluding damage caused by natural factors or external forces. Third-party inspection is accepted.
