• Before construction, a specific construction plan should be prepared based on the design and relevant technical standards, and technical briefings and professional training should be provided to construction personnel.

• Materials must be inspected and approved according to specifications, quantity, and quality requirements before being stored in the warehouse. Curtain wall rock wool boards should be stored on raised platforms to prevent moisture damage.

• During construction, the base wall and its cement mortar leveling layer, as well as the installation of embedded parts, must be completed. The ambient temperature should not be lower than 5℃, and construction is prohibited in winds exceeding level 5 or in rain or snow. After construction, measures should be taken to prevent rainwater erosion and direct sunlight exposure, and a protective layer should be applied promptly.

• Rock wool boards should be bonded using strip or spot bonding methods. The adhesive application area should not be less than 50%, the gap between boards should not exceed 2mm, adjacent boards should be flush, and the height difference between boards should not exceed 1.5mm. All outlets of pipes and components penetrating the wall should be filled with the same material and then waterproofed and sealed.
