Our Thermal Flat Pack Container Unit uses a modular steel frame and insulated sandwich panel enclosure for temporary buildings, site facilities, storage spaces, and other projects requiring quick assembly and transport. The common unit size is 2.95 m × 5.95 m × 2.8 m, with an internal clear height of approximately 2.5–2.6 m.
The Thermal Flat Pack Container Unit can also be customized. Available customization ranges include lengths of 3–12 m, widths of 3–8 m, and heights of 2.8–3.2 m. Other common size options include 3×4 m, 3×5 m, 3×7 m, and 6×6 m.
The main frame can use Q235B or Q355B hot-dip galvanized steel, with profile thicknesses of 2.0 mm, 2.3 mm, or 2.5 mm. The common profile thickness is 2.3 mm. The frame surface uses hot-dip galvanizing and baked paint. Wall panels use color steel sandwich panels, with 50 mm being a common thickness. Wall core options include rock wool and glass wool.
We provide OEM and ODM services for contractors, distributors, and project buyers. Our factory can coordinate production, inspection, packaging, and logistics, while production photos and videos can be provided for order follow-up.
