Our Portable Spatial Flat Pack Container is a modular container unit supplied for projects that require flexible space planning, transportability, and repeatable assembly. The common outside dimensions are 2.95 m × 5.95 m × 2.8 m, with an internal clear height of approximately 2.5–2.6 m.
The Portable Spatial Flat Pack Container can be customized within a length range of 3–12 m, width range of 3–8 m, and height range of 2.8–3.2 m. Other commonly supplied size options include 3×4 m, 3×5 m, 3×7 m, and 6×6 m.
The main frame uses Q235B or Q355B hot-dip galvanized steel. Profile thickness options are 2.0 mm, 2.3 mm, and 2.5 mm, with 2.3 mm commonly used. Corner fittings are cast steel and can be used for lifting and layer connection. The walls use color steel sandwich panels with rock wool or glass wool cores, and 50 mm is a common wall panel thickness.
We support OEM and ODM production and can manufacture from drawings or prototypes. Mixed colors and models can be arranged within one MOQ when applicable. Before shipment, our factory performs finished-product inspection and accepts third-party inspection.
