We produce flat pack portable storage containers in our 3000m² factory. We have 26 workers and 11 years of experience. Our factory uses large span steel structure with good light and air. We have strong lifting equipment. This helps us move big containers and steel parts easily. Our flat pack portable storage container has outside size 2.95m long, 5.95m wide, and 2.8m high. Inside clear height is about 2.5 to 2.6 meters. You can change the size. Length 3 to 12m, width 3 to 8m, height 2.8 to 3.2m. Other sizes like 3×4m, 3×5m, 3×7m, and 6×6m are also ready.
Strong and Safe Build
The main frame uses Q235B or Q355B hot‑dipped galvanized steel. Thickness: 2.0mm, 2.3mm, or 2.5mm. Most customers take 2.3mm. Surface is hot‑dip galvanized plus baking paint. Corner pieces are cast steel with baking paint. Walls are 50mm thick color steel sandwich panels. Steel sheet thickness from 0.20mm to 0.50mm. Outer sheet is thicker than inner sheet. Core is rock wool or glass wool, density 50 to 80kg/m³, A class fire rating. This flat pack portable storage container is quick to take apart and move. Inside space is big and open. It is good for on‑site storage, logistics transfer stations, and temporary material storage. Many city engineering projects have used our flat pack portable storage container.
Easy Order and After‑Sale Help
We can make products based on your technical drawings. Some samples are free but you pay shipping. Custom sample time is 3 to 15 days. We have a person for after‑sales service. For some areas, on‑site service does not include travel and meals. Our service steps: before sale – custom design; during sale – production follow‑up and shipping help; after sale – remote help or on‑site support. If goods arrive damaged, first collect evidence. Second, decide responsibility and take action, including claims and repair. We give 1 year warranty for the whole box and workmanship. Warranty does not cover natural damage or outside factors. Standard production time is 3 to 7 days. Custom time is 7 to 15 days. We make 6000 sets per month. We deliver on time. You get photos and videos during production. Repeat orders are about 20% faster.
