The outside size is 2.95m long, 5.95m wide, and 2.8m high. Inside clear height is about 2.5 to 2.6 meters. Custom sizes are available. Length 3‑12m, width 3‑8m, height 2.8‑3.2m. We also supply 3×4m, 3×5m, 3×7m, and 6×6m. The corner pieces meet international lifting rules. This makes shipping safe and easy.
Strong Frame and Walls
The main frame is Q235B or Q355B hot‑dipped galvanized steel. Thickness options: 2.0mm, 2.3mm, 2.5mm. 2.3mm is the most used. Surface is hot‑dip galvanized plus baking paint. Corner pieces are cast steel with baking paint. Walls are 50mm color steel sandwich panels. Steel sheet thickness 0.20mm to 0.50mm. Outer sheet is thicker than inner sheet. Core is rock wool or glass wool, density 50 to 80kg/m³, A class fire. This flat pack shipping container office is good for port offices, export project temporary offices, and overseas site offices. Payment and Shipping
We support EXW and DDP trade terms. EXW means you pick the goods at our factory. DDP means we ship to your warehouse with all costs paid. Normal payment: for standard products, 30% deposit and the rest before pickup. For custom products, 50% deposit and the rest before pickup. Large orders get a discount. The discount depends on the quantity. We accept USD, EUR, GBP, and RMB. Export packing: full PE film plus L‑shape hard paper or plastic corner protectors on four corners. This stops damage during sea shipping. We make 6000 sets per month. Standard production takes 3 to 7 days. Custom takes 7 to 15 days. We accept third‑party inspection. Warranty is 1 year.
