The main frame uses Q235B or Q355B hot‑dipped galvanized steel. The steel thickness can be 2.0mm, 2.3mm, or 2.5mm. Most people pick 2.3mm. The surface has hot‑dip galvanizing plus baking paint. The corner pieces are cast steel with baking paint. The walls are 50mm thick color steel sandwich panels. The steel sheet thickness is from 0.20mm to 0.50mm. The outside sheet is usually thicker than the inside one. The core is rock wool or glass wool with A class fire rating. The core density is 50 to 80kg/m³. We have a special person for after‑sales service. For some areas, we go to your site but you pay travel and meals. Our service has three steps. Before sale, we do deep custom work and design. During sale, we follow production and help with shipping. After sale, we give remote help or on‑site support. If goods arrive damaged, first take photos for proof. Second, we check responsibility and take action. This includes claims and repairs. We give 1 year warranty for the whole box and workmanship. The warranty does not cover natural damage or outside causes. We accept third‑party inspection. Standard production takes 3 to 7 days. Custom production takes 7 to 15 days. We make 6000 sets per month. We deliver on time. You will get photos and videos during production.
