Kd Container

We manufacture KD (knock-down) containers in Suzhou, Wujiang Zhengze Town, a key building materials hub in the Yangtze River Delta region. Our factory is a modern standardized production facility operating under 6S on-site management.

The factory is divided into seven functional areas: raw material storage, automated production, semi-finished processing, finished product inspection, finished product stacking, R&D testing, and office and living areas. This ensures full-process production control.

The standard external dimensions of our KD container are 2.95 m × 5.95 m × 2.8 m, with an internal clear height of approximately 2.5 to 2.6 meters. Custom sizes are also available, with lengths from 3 to 12 meters, widths from 3 to 8 meters, and heights from 2.8 to 3.2 meters. Standard configurations include 3×4 m, 3×5 m, 3×7 m, and 6×6 m.

The main frame is made of Q235B or Q355B hot-dip galvanized steel, with thickness options of 2.0 mm, 2.3 mm, and 2.5 mm. The most commonly used thickness is 2.3 mm. The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing and baking paint. The corner fittings are made of cast steel with a painted finish.

The walls use 50 mm color steel sandwich panels, with steel sheet thickness ranging from 0.20 mm to 0.50 mm. The outer sheet is usually thicker than the inner sheet. The core material is rock wool or glass wool, with a density of 50–80 kg/m³ and a Class A fire rating.

The key advantage of this KD container is that it can be fully disassembled and reassembled, allowing for very compact shipping. One 40-ft container can load multiple sets, making it highly efficient for transportation.

It is widely used in overseas projects, emergency disaster relief, and temporary camps. Many international projects have already adopted our KD containers.

We provide dedicated after-sales service support. In some regions, on-site service excludes travel and meal expenses. Our service process includes: pre-sales consultation and design customization, in-sales production tracking and shipping coordination, and after-sales remote assistance or on-site support.

Some samples are free, but shipping costs are covered by the customer. Custom sample lead time is 3 to 15 days. We provide a 1-year warranty covering the entire structure and manufacturing workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters or external factors.

Standard production takes 3 to 7 days, while custom production takes 7 to 15 days. Repeat orders are typically about 20% faster than the initial order. Our monthly production capacity is 6,000 sets. Production progress photos and videos will be provided during manufacturing.
