Product Overview
A KD (knock-down) Container is a fully disassemblable modular room supplied as separate structural and enclosure components for compact transport and on-site assembly. It is used for overseas projects, emergency relief facilities, temporary camps, and remote site rooms. The format is intended for projects where shipment volume and the ability to rebuild the same unit at another location are important.
Key Advantages
Fully Knock-Down Construction
The frame, wall, roof, and connection components can be separated for compact packing and later reassembled. On overseas projects or emergency deployments with limited transport capacity, several dismantled sets can share the shipment space of a 40-ft container. This reduces the volume occupied by empty enclosed rooms during transport.
50 mm Class A Wall Panels
The enclosure uses 50 mm color-steel sandwich panels with a Class A fire-rated core option. Temporary camps and relief facilities may have dense occupancy, portable electrical equipment, or temporary heating. In those conditions, the insulated wall provides environmental separation together with the specified fire-performance level.
Hot-Dip Galvanized + Baked-Paint Frame
The steel structure is hot-dip galvanized and finished with baked paint. KD components are handled individually during packing, unloading, assembly, and later dismantling, and they may remain outdoors before the enclosure is complete. The coating reduces direct exposure of the steel during those stages.

Quality Control
- Structural-frame fabrication, welding, bolted connections, and dimensional execution are carried out according to the EN 1090-2 standard. Knock-down components, connection holes, and assembly dimensions are checked against the approved production drawings.
- Part identification, drawing revision control, in-process inspection, packing records, nonconformance handling, and final release records are managed according to the ISO 9001 quality management system.
- KD components are checked for frame dimensions and weld condition, bolt-hole alignment and trial fit, and roof and wall sealing. Component count and part identification are verified before shipment. Final inspection covers 100% of the components, and third-party inspection is available.
