We manufacture flat pack insulated containers in Suzhou, Wujiang Zhengze Town, located in the main building materials hub of the Yangtze River Delta region. Our factory maintains a large raw material yard, allowing us to store galvanized coils, color-coated coils, rock wool, and glass wool in bulk.
With sufficient inventory, we can handle urgent orders efficiently without production interruptions or shipping delays.
The standard external dimensions of this flat-pack insulated container are 2.95 m × 5.95 m × 2.8 m, with an internal clear height of approximately 2.5 to 2.6 meters. Custom sizes are also available, with lengths from 3 to 12 meters, widths from 3 to 8 meters, and heights from 2.8 to 3.2 meters. Standard configurations include 3×4 m, 3×5 m, 3×7 m, and 6×6 m.
Low Heat Loss
The main frame is made of Q235B or Q355B hot-dip galvanized steel, with thickness options of 2.0 mm, 2.3 mm, and 2.5 mm. The most commonly used thickness is 2.3 mm. The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing and baking paint. The corner fittings are made of cast steel with a painted finish for strength and durability.
The walls are constructed from 50 mm color steel sandwich panels, with steel sheet thickness ranging from 0.20 mm to 0.50 mm. The outer sheet is typically thicker than the inner sheet. The core material is rock wool or glass wool, with a density of 50–80 kg/m³ and a Class A fire rating.
This flat-pack insulated container offers very low thermal conductivity, ranging from 0.023 to 0.045 W/(m·K), making it ideal for temporary housing and storage in cold environments. Many logistics companies choose our insulated flat-pack containers for this reason.
Quality and Payment
We maintain strict quality control from raw material selection and product design through production and final inspection. Process quality checks are conducted during manufacturing, and 100% inspection is performed before packaging. Third-party inspections are also welcome.
We support OEM and ODM services. The minimum order quantity is 200 square meters or one unit. Different colors and models can be mixed within a single order. Some samples are free, but shipping costs are covered by the customer. Custom sample lead time is 3 to 15 days.
We accept payments in USD, EUR, GBP, and RMB. Export packaging uses full PE film wrapping with corner protection. Standard production takes 3 to 7 days, while custom production takes 7 to 15 days. Repeat orders are typically about 20% faster than the first order.
