Our Sandwich Board for Cleanroom Use is developed for modular cleanroom walls and ceilings where surface cleanliness, dimensional options, and compatible panel construction are important. The panel uses double-face pre-painted galvanized steel or 304 stainless steel. Face thickness ranges from 0.35 mm to 0.6 mm.
The Sandwich Board for Cleanroom Use is available with rock wool, magnesium oxide, polyurethane, paper honeycomb, or aluminum honeycomb cores. Total panel thickness can be 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, or 200 mm. Standard effective widths are 950 mm and 1150 mm, while standard length is up to 6000 mm and can be customized.
For cleanroom projects, we can supply panels with male/female lock or cam-lock joint options. Surface requirements can include anti-static, antibacterial, non-dusting, and smooth finishes. The supplied technical parameters include thermal conductivity of 0.023–0.045 W/(m·K) and compressive strength of ≥100 kPa. The supplied fire classification includes Class A and B1, with rock wool core options stated up to A2.
Our factory supports customized cleanroom panel production and project orders. Production control includes raw material inspection, process control, finished-product inspection, and 100% inspection before packing.
