A Clean Room Glass Panel is a sealed glazing unit that integrates with cleanroom wall systems for observation or partition use. Key Advantages

Double Silicone Sealing
Double-layer silicone sealing closes the edge around the glazing. Cleanroom window openings can otherwise leave ledges, gaps, or exposed frame joints that collect particles during repeated cleaning. The sealed perimeter reduces those open crevices and is easier to wipe.

Quality Control
- Tempered-glass processing and finished-glass acceptance are carried out according to the EN 12150-1 standard. Glass thickness, edge condition, frame dimensions, and assembly tolerances are checked against the approved window specification.
- Material identification, sealing-process records, in-process inspection, nonconformance handling, and final release records are managed according to the ISO 9001 quality management system.
- Finished units are inspected for dimensions and visual defects, then tested for seal continuity and light transmission. Openable versions are also checked through repeated opening and closing before packing. Final inspection is carried out on 100% of the units, with third-party inspection available.
