Our company manufactures Clean Room Sandwich Panels. Our factory is located in Zhenze Town, Wujiang District, Suzhou City, a key building materials hub in the Yangtze River Delta. We follow the 6S management standard in our modern facility.
The factory is divided into seven areas, including raw material storage, automated production, semi-finished processing, and final product testing. This ensures that every step of the process is well controlled.
Our Clean Room Sandwich Panels use color-coated steel or stainless steel 304 on both sides. The steel thickness ranges from 0.35 mm to 0.6 mm. You can choose from various core materials, including rock wool, magnesium oxide, polyurethane, paper honeycomb, and aluminum honeycomb.
The total thickness options are 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, and 200 mm. The standard widths are 950 mm and 1150 mm, and the standard length is up to 6000 mm. Custom sizes are also available.
High Fire Rating and Cleanliness Level
These Clean Room Sandwich Panels have a fire rating of Class A or Class B1. Panels with a rock wool core achieve a Class A2 fire rating. The cleanliness level ranges from ISO Class 5 to Class 9 and complies with GMP standards.
The surface features anti-static, antibacterial, non-dusting, and smooth properties. The panels can be connected using male-female joints or cam locks. The thermal conductivity ranges from 0.023 to 0.045 W/(m·K), and the compressive strength is at least 100 kPa.
These panels are widely used in pharmaceutical, electronics, food and beverage, and laboratory clean rooms.
Do we have dedicated after-sales service personnel? Yes, we do. In some regions, on-site service does not include travel and meal expenses.
