A Clean Room Sandwich Panel is a factory-made wall or ceiling component used to build controlled-environment enclosures. It is commonly installed in pharmaceutical plants, electronics facilities, food and beverage processing areas, and laboratories. The finished partition or ceiling provides the smooth, sealed, cleanable internal surface required in cleanroom spaces.

Both faces can be made from color-coated steel or 304 stainless steel in 0.35–0.60 mm thickness. Thermal conductivity is 0.023–0.045 W/(m·K), and compressive strength is at least 100 kPa. Where a panel separates a conditioned clean area from a service corridor or another room with a different temperature setting, the insulated core reduces heat transfer. The panel body also keeps its shape during normal handling and installation pressure.
Class A / B1 Fire Options
Fire performance is available in Class A or Class B1 configurations, while rock-wool-core panels can reach Class A2. This gives projects a choice of core when partitions are installed near process equipment, electrical service zones, or escape routes. The fire requirement can be matched without changing the basic modular wall system.

Quality Control
- Panel production is carried out according to the EN 14509 standard. During fabrication, the facing sheets, insulation core, bonding, panel dimensions, and joint formation are checked against the approved product specification.
- Incoming-material records, batch traceability, in-process inspection, nonconformance handling, and final release records are managed according to the ISO 9001 quality management system.
- Finished panels are checked for dimensional tolerance, flatness, core-to-facing bonding, and joint fit. Thermal, compression, and fire-performance requirements are verified against the ordered specification before packing. Final inspection covers 100% of the panels, and third-party inspection is available.
