Products Description
Our Cleanroom Glazed Face Panel is supplied for cleanroom observation windows, partition glass, and laboratory window applications. The glass options include tempered single glass and double insulated glass, with glass thicknesses of 5 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, and 12 mm.
The Cleanroom Glazed Face Panel can be supplied with aluminum or 304 stainless steel frames. Standard overall sizes include 600 × 600 mm, 800 × 800 mm, and 1000 × 1000 mm, while customized dimensions can be discussed for project layouts.
For cleanroom installation, the panel uses double silicone sealing to reduce dust accumulation and avoid difficult-to-clean dead corners. The supplied clear tempered glass specification has light transmission of ≥85%. Installation can be fixed or casement. Other supplied performance requirements include anti-fog, scratch resistance, and sound insulation.
Our factory provides OEM and ODM services and can manufacture according to drawings and confirmed project requirements. Quality control covers raw material inspection, production process control, and finished-product inspection. We also accept third-party inspection and provide production photos or videos when required.
