Our Flat Pack Thermal Storage Container is supplied for enclosed storage applications where an insulated modular structure is required. The common outside size is 2.95 m × 5.95 m × 2.8 m, with an internal clear height of approximately 2.5–2.6 m.
The Flat Pack Thermal Storage Container can be customized to different project dimensions. The available customization range covers lengths of 3–12 m, widths of 3–8 m, and heights of 2.8–3.2 m. Common alternative sizes include 3×4 m, 3×5 m, 3×7 m, and 6×6 m.
The main frame uses Q235B or Q355B hot-dip galvanized steel, with profile thickness options of 2.0 mm, 2.3 mm, and 2.5 mm. The common profile thickness is 2.3 mm. Wall construction uses color steel sandwich panels, with 50 mm commonly used. Rock wool and glass wool are available as wall core options.
Our factory supports OEM and ODM orders and can produce according to drawings or prototypes. We control incoming materials, production processes, and finished products, and 100% inspection is completed before packing.
