Portable Road Closure Barrier Panel is a wheeled steel closure panel for road repair, pipeline emergency work, temporary construction zones, and other projects where the isolation line needs to move frequently. It can be repositioned without dismantling a fixed barrier system.
Core Advantages
Caster Wheels with Brakes + Carrying Handle
Each panel has caster wheels with built-in brakes and a carrying handle. During phased road or pipeline repairs, one operator can move the panel without lifting equipment and lock the wheels after it reaches the new position.
Two Fixing Modes
For temporary positioning, the panel can be secured by locking the caster brakes. Anchor bolts can be used when a fixed installation is required. The same panel can therefore be used for short-duration access control or longer stationary closure sections.

Panel Dimensions
Regular heights are 1.8 m, 2.0 m, 2.2 m, and 2.5 m, with standard widths of 0.9 m, 1.0 m, and 1.2 m. Project-specific dimensions can be produced from approved drawings.
Panel Gauge
Standard sheet thickness is 0.25-0.6 mm; heavy-duty thickness is 0.6-1.2 mm. The gauge can be selected according to how often the panel will be relocated and the stiffness required once it is positioned.
Barrier Run Length
Panels can be combined in different quantities to create the required closure length. The layout can be adjusted around phased work areas, temporary access openings, and repair boundaries that move as the project progresses.
Quality Control
- Incoming coated or galvanized steel is inspected for thickness, coating condition, surface defects, and forming suitability before fabrication. Control of the coated steel substrate follows EN 10346.
- Caster installation, brake assembly, handle fixing, forming, in-process inspection, and final release are managed according to ISO 9001. Component checks are recorded against the production lot.
- Finished panels are checked for wheel-mounting integrity, handle fastening, anchor-hole position, panel dimensions, flatness, connection fit, and surface condition. Each unit receives final inspection before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted.
